Refund policy for Online students

Our online customers are entitled to a full refund within 7 days in the following circumstances:

  • Where Hospitality Essentials cancels a course, a full refund will apply.
  • When a refund is requested within 7 days of purchase AND
  • When no course certificates have been issued.

Refunds are administered by our web hosts eLearning Portal to make it a simple and quick process for you.

Our online delivery of courses are through a hosted learning management system called Enrolo run by eLearning Portal

The services that eLearning Portal Pty Ltd (“ELP”) provides are subject to the following Terms of Use (“TOU”) and the Software License Agreement on our website. ELP reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to you. The most current version of the TOU can be reviewed by clicking on the “Terms of Use” hypertext link located at the bottom of our web pages.
